Muddy Waters was an excellent southern-style cook. He often entertained friends and family at his suburban Chicago home and it was certain that he would be in his kitchen preparing a feast to keep his guests satisfied. Muddy always prepared his meals from "scratch" using his personal recipes, many dating back to his days as a young man in Mississippi as well as during his years living in Chicago.
